To process your rental application, Jacobs & Jacobs Properties LLC requires a non-refundable application fee. This fee covers the cost of screening services including credit checks, background verification, rental history review, and administrative processing.
Each adult applicant (18 years or older) must complete a separate application. Fees must be paid in full before processing begins. Add application to your cart and purchase. After payment is confirmed applicant will receive links to download their fillable Rental Application in the thank you page of the checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days.
